Isn’t Change constant?
- Today’s leaders work in complex business environments, face emerging and volatile markets.
- They also work with people from multiple cultures, and face a variety of situations, people with diverse mindsets and challenges.
- Schools and colleges focus only on the academic and the left brain development, the imaginative right brain grooming is left unattended. The right brain has immense untapped resources which aids us in being effective with people.
Since all need to graduate to the next level of competency and excellence, one needs additional and enhanced skills sets
Tour de Force bridges this gap (maturity gap) between employment and employability by imparting effective intervention @ college and corporate level |
